These Terms govern your use of the Pole Banner Systems store, operated by Elevated Signs Inc. ("Pole Banner Systems," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Ordering

We sell commercial-grade pole banners, hardware systems, and accessories. Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice.

Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including those affected by pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Custom & Printed Products

Custom printed pole banners, custom-sized products, special-order products, and custom program orders are manufactured to customer specifications.

These products are non-returnable and non-refundable once artwork proofs have been approved and production has commenced.

Customers are responsible for verifying all artwork, dimensions, quantities, and specifications before approval. Pole Banner Systems is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the proofing process.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable GST/HST is added where required by law.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products are supplied subject to any applicable manufacturer warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pole Banner Systems and Elevated Signs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use any product.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Pole Banner Systems is not responsible for installation costs, removal costs, labour expenses, equipment rentals, lost revenue, business interruption, or other consequential losses.

Installation & Custom Programs

Installation services, custom design services, and large municipal or BIA banner programs may be fulfilled through Elevated Signs Inc. and may be subject to separate quotations, contracts, and terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Elevated Signs Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of an order will govern that transaction.
