Shipping Policy

Pole Banner Systems, operated by Elevated Signs Inc., is a Canadian supplier of pole banners, hardware systems, and accessories. We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of your order.

Smaller stock items typically ship using standard parcel carriers. Larger hardware systems, oversized products, long fiberglass arms, and bulk orders may require freight shipping or custom shipping arrangements.

If a custom freight quote is required, we will contact you before processing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and the order has been reviewed.

If additional information, freight pricing, artwork approval, or shipping confirmation is required, processing times may be extended until all details have been finalized.

Custom Printed Products

Custom printed pole banners require artwork review and proof approval before production begins.

Production lead times begin only after artwork approval has been received.

Freight & Oversized Orders

Complete hardware systems, bulk banner orders, long support rods, and municipal program orders may ship by freight.

Freight costs vary based on dimensions, weight, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements.

Customers will be advised of any freight charges prior to shipment.

Local Pickup & Coordinated Delivery

Local pickup or coordinated delivery may be available for certain orders.

Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like to discuss pickup or delivery options.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt.

Any shipping damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and should include photographs whenever possible.

Taxes

Applicable GST/HST is added where required by law.
