Returns & Refunds Policy

Unused, uninstalled stock items in original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns of eligible stock items.

Custom printed pole banners, custom-sized products, special-order products, and custom program orders are made to your specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once artwork proofs have been approved and production has commenced, these products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please review your size, material, sidedness, quantity, and artwork carefully before approving your proof.

Installed or used items are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed issue with the order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, report it to us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. Once confirmed, we will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.

Pole Banner Systems covers approved return shipping costs for eligible stock items. For other returns, any applicable original or return shipping costs will be outlined when we confirm your return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned goods have been received and inspected.

Some products carry manufacturer warranties (for example, the Spring-Loaded hardware system carries a 15-year manufacturer warranty). Pole Banner Systems will assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable; manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
