Shipping Policy

Pole Banner Systems is a Canadian supplier of pole banners, hardware systems, and accessories. We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of your order.

Smaller hardware sets, Quick Release Pole Bands, and accessories typically ship using standard parcel carriers. Larger hardware systems, complete kits, and long fiberglass rods may require freight or custom shipping arrangements depending on size and quantity.

Custom pole banners are made to order. Production begins only after your artwork has been reviewed and your proof approved, and the banner ships once production is complete. See our Lead Times page for current production estimates.

Complete hardware systems, bulk banner orders, long support rods, and municipal or BIA program orders may ship by freight. Freight costs vary based on dimensions, weight, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements, and are confirmed with you before your order moves forward. For programs, request bulk pricing and we will quote shipping with your package.

Orders are processed after payment has been received and the order has been reviewed. If a freight quote, artwork approval, or shipping adjustment is required, we contact you before processing so there are no surprises. Custom-printed orders begin production after proof approval — see Lead Times.

Where tracking is available, tracking details are emailed to you once your order ships. For freight shipments, delivery-coordination details are shared as they become available.

Please inspect your shipment on receipt. Any shipping damage, shortage, or delivery issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs whenever possible, so we can resolve it quickly.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address before your order ships.

Local pickup or coordinated delivery may be available for certain orders. If this suits your project, contact us before ordering and we will let you know what options are available for your location.
