Already ordered? Email us your design and we’ll get your banners printing. Here’s everything you need.

We can’t start printing until we have your artwork.

Email your file to hello@polebannersystems.ca and put your order number in the subject line.

We reply within one business day. If anything needs fixing, we’ll tell you before we print.

Email Your Artwork

Best file types

Send a PDF, AI, or EPS. A PNG or TIFF works too, as long as it’s high quality (300 DPI).

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) always print sharp at any size.

Set it up right

  • Use CMYK colour
  • Add 0.25″ extra around all edges (bleed)
  • Keep text and logos 0.5″ inside the edges
  • Don’t draw pole pockets — we sew those

Big files

Over 25 MB? Send a WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive link instead of an attachment.

Final Artwork Checklist

  • File is a PDF, AI, EPS, or a 300 DPI image
  • Colour is set to CMYK
  • 0.25″ bleed added around all edges
  • Text kept 0.5″ inside the edges
  • No pole pockets drawn in
  • Order number in the subject line
